There is no doubt that we live in a competitive society. The world is like a jungle where we usually play " every man for himself " and if we live better and have nothing, it's because we simply can not. I never was the first in anything, not the smartest in the class, but that didn't detract develop personal and professional values. In this course, INCO3025, I learned many things, among them is the way to answer the phone correctly, tones of voices that we use when talking, pronunciations, and especially but not least, I developed further in the English language. Thanks to Professor Helvia Guzman, now I feel better speaking in English, without fear of being wrong. Because that is what life is.. Make mistakes, fall , learn from and move forward, obviously learning from mistakes .
